Pulmonary Management Program

Our Pulmonary Management and Rehabilitation Program utilizes several tools and disciplines that attend to the multiple needs of our patients. Our program extends beyond standard care and addresses the disabling features of chronic and progressive lung disease.

Our program is centered around self-management, exercise, functional training and psychosocial skills. Our mission is to provide quality care and medical attention to all our patients. This program is for patients who have or require the following:

• Ventilator therapy

• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

• Respiratory failure

• Tracheotomy care

• Respiratory disease (including respiratory infections)

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation/Ventilator Program focuses on:

• Restoring maximum respiratory function

• Rehabilitation

• Preventing complications
